Bruce has 40 years of experience managing, building, and maintaining complex manufacturing and high-tech facilities. With a proven track record for managing global facilities, Bruce is responsible for managing pre-construction services for Flagship customers, including estimating and scheduling, budget preparation, document distribution to potential subcontract bidders, and development oversight. Bruce previously worked in the electronics manufacturing field as senior director of a global facilities and real estate organization with a footprint of 12 million square feet and an annualized budget of $178 million.

Bruce has a passion for building and racing off-road vehicles and has won several championships in desert racing.
