Mondays through Fridays, you will find Ever prepping meats and produce, and perfecting his knife skills. Having been with Flagship Culinary Services for just a few months, Ever is already on his way to achieving his goal of advancing to Line Cook. “He is very passionate, motivated and committed to learning new projects,” says his supervisor, Jr. Sous Chef, Savorn Y. “He has shown great commitment, growth and consistency. He is asking the right questions and showing great progress in the job training and preparation for advancement”
