Flagship Aviation Services is proud to add Blue Grass Airport (LEX) in Lexington, Kentucky, to its growing network of airport customers. Under the new contract, beginning October 2, Flagship will provide ongoing janitorial services, helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment for travelers, employees, and visitors.
Located in the heart of Kentucky’s Bluegrass region, LEX serves approximately 1.6 million passengers annually, with non-stop access to 18 major hubs and vacation destinations nationwide. The airport serves as an important gateway to a region known for its horse industry, bourbon heritage, and growing tourism economy.
Earlier this year, the airport announced Future LEX – a multi-phased development project that will expand and modernize facilities to meet future demand while preserving the convenience and hospitality LEX is known for.
Flagship looks forward to supporting LEX’s commitment to serving as a safe, efficient, and welcoming transportation hub for central Kentucky. The addition of LEX expands Flagship’s presence in the U.S. aviation industry, building on more than 35 years of experience supporting complex airport environments.
