Flagship Aviation Services is proud to recognize our airport partners included in the 2026 J.D. Power North America Airport Satisfaction Study. This year, 21 of the 33 airports Flagship serves nationwide made the rankings, marking another year of growing representation in the study.
The annual study measures passenger satisfaction across seven areas of the airport experience, including ease of travel through the airport, terminal facilities, airport staff, food, beverage and retail, and the departure and arrival experience.
Flagship airport partners ranked across all three categories, including the top spots among Mega and Large airports.
