Jim has worked at Flagship since 1991 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth from a small commercial cleaning startup into a national facility services company. He is an expert in analyzing the service requirements of large complex facilities, including the development and application of benchmark targets such as coverage levels, scope development, staffing ratios, and consumable supplies usage. He works in the analysis and transition of airports nationwide and also focuses on union commercial projects, including cleanroom, educational, biopharama, and manufacturing facilities across the western U.S.

Jim enjoys golfing, boating/wakeboarding, and travel with his wife and family.
