Safety – one of Flagship’s core values – is woven into every aspect of our company culture. Alicia O., an employee at San Diego International Airport (SAN), exemplifies this value in her work every day.
Alicia recently stopped an employee from using an unauthorized elevator – an act that earned her recognition from Omar Paz, Security & Emergency Response Coordinator for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.
Alicia started as a janitor in August 2014 and was promoted to Associate Supervisor in 2020 for her hard work and commitment to the SAN community.
