At Flagship, we’re proud of all our team members for the kindness they exhibit every day. But we’re especially proud of Brian G. for the care he showed a family in need after only three days on the job.

Brian, a new employee at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, stepped in when he noticed a little girl had gotten sick outside the restroom. Not only did he work with two other employees to quickly clean up the mess, but he helped put her mother at ease by talking about his small children.

Brian was recognized for his act of kindness by Sky Harbor’s “Customer Service on the FLY” team.

“I was grateful for such help, and more so for his kind heart,” said the mother in her nomination.

Way to make a great first impression, Brian! We can’t wait to see what else you accomplish with Flagship.
