Jose’s journey with Flagship began in January 2012, when he started as a Customer Service Manager in Northern California. Since then, he has continually demonstrated his commitment to operational excellence, holding key roles such as Regional Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations.

Under Jose’s leadership, Flagship’s operations have expanded significantly. In 2022, he successfully grew the company’s footprint into the Pacific Northwest and Southern California, and added Washington, Nevada, and Oregon to his portfolio. In September 2023, his responsibilities further expanded to include FM services across the West Coast, and by May 2024, Arizona was included in his oversight.

Jose enjoys weightlifting and clay shooting. He also loves outdoor activities such as hiking, going to the beach, and taking long drives, all with his family.
