Flagship Supervisor Rosa B. has been innovative in creating new ways to reach potential team members. Her initiative to actively recruit outside of work has helped to ignite interest in many people who had never heard of Flagship and are now actively applying.

Rosa wears her “Now Hiring” t-shirt and displays a “Now Hiring” magnetic bumper sticker on her car in hopes of finding more amazing and talented Flagship employees as she travels around Salt Lake City.
