Sr. Director of Lab Services

J.P. has always had a passion for helping others, which led him to obtain a degree in Cell & Molecular Biology and begin a career in Life Sciences Research & Development. As Flagship’s Sr. Director of Lab Services, J.P. oversees lab operations support in Southern California. His experience includes compound management and high-throughput automation for large pharma as well as personnel management, organizational analysis, and retail operations.

In his free time, J.P. enjoys the outdoors, performing volunteer work, and supporting local organizations such as the San Diego Blood Bank, San Diego Wildlife Alliance, and CERT.
