Ben Mefford is a multifaceted executive with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, banking relationships, and cross-functional decision making. He has served as a strategic partner with executive teams across a variety of industries, including mining, healthcare, and manufacturing in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Flagship, he served as a key financial leader for AmeriTex, Lucifer Lighting Company, Accelerated Care Plus, and Hycroft Mining Company.

Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and a master’s degree in accountancy-taxation from Boise State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and being active together, seeing the beauty of the world.
