Congratulations to Courtney Wright, FMP for being named Aviation Pros Airport Business Top 40 Under 40 in 2020!
Courtney has been with Flagship for four years and in that short amount of time she has achieved great things, including being awarded several airport and aviation contracts for facility services, and now receiving the Aviation Pros Airport Business Top 40 Under 40 Award.
Courtney serves as Senior Director of Business Development for Flagship and received her Facilities Management Professional (FMP) designation from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) in 2019. She has been able to utilize that training to help foster broader approaches to how Flagship designs programs for airports and aviation facilities.
“Innovation,” she said, “is something that I’m excited to see more and more airports embracing – and I think it will be critical to their success in the coming years.”
This thought process has also allowed Courtney to help airports advance their passenger experience by incorporating SMART technologies throughout the airport, especially in historically challenging areas like restrooms.
She recently teamed up with TRAX to present “Passenger Confidence Amid COVID-19: Seeing is Believing”. In this ACI exclusive webinar, they talk about the marriage of IOT, innovation and real time data analytics in airports to drive reduced inventory costs, rebalanced staff schedules, improved communications and ultimately – increased passenger confidence.
The Airport Business Top 40 Under 40 includes some of the biggest movers and shakers of the aviation industry. These are the brightest newcomers to the industry, and they have achieved outsized success in their younger years. Now, in 2020, Courtney has joined this elite list of industry trailblazers.
