Third-Shift Projects Team

At Flagship, everything we do is with the customer in mind. Our employees listen carefully to customer needs and strive to provide the best support possible.

Jampiere, a member of the third-shift project team at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), was recently presented with an award from the local airport authority for delivering outstanding customer service. Jampiere regularly interacts with customers while working on the airport floor.

One day, Jampiere noticed a family in search of a wheelchair. Not only did he locate a wheelchair for them, but he also helped an elderly family member get seated and escorted the group to their destination.

“Jampiere is an outstanding employee who continues to go above and beyond his duties,” said Sean Gilmore, RDU Site Manager. “The family was very thankful for his help.”
