Many of our employees are ESL workers. Gaining mastery over English is not easy! But, when it comes to communicating, Margarita is willing to go the extra mile!

I relate with my people and especially in my area because we work together for so many years so we know each other. Maybe 30 percent who speaking Spanish and maybe 50 percent to speak in English and I have some Swahili, Somali, some French maybe one year ago they start give it to other training’s and different language so we training them depending on what language they speak and some sometimes we’re looking for a translator who can help enough to have a better communication with them. It’s a great company to work with.
