Michael Leonard

Michael Leonard joined Flagship with more than 25 years of experience leading human resources strategy for large, complex organizations. His expertise includes developing leadership teams, improving organizational effectiveness, and aligning people strategies with long-term business goals.

Before joining Flagship, Michael served as Vice President of Human Resources at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, where he supported an organization of more than 6,000 employees across more than 80 locations. During his tenure, he worked closely with executive leadership on leadership development, acquisition integration, organizational design, and initiatives focused on operational performance and long-term value creation.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Michael helps drive talent strategy, leadership development initiatives, and organizational growth while supporting Flagship’s continued investment in its people and culture.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family and following sports.
