
Flagship Lab Services is pleased to announce the launch of a systemwide agreement with the University of California (UC) to provide comprehensive, accredited services for lab equipment used across all UC campuses. Under this agreement, Flagship will deliver preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, calibration, and validation that support the research and academic mission of the UC system.
A central component of Flagship’s service offering is its asset management program. As part of the agreement, Flagship is developing a UC-dedicated portal and dashboard to provide researchers and administrators with direct access to current and historical service information, asset records, and other program details.

This cooperative agreement was awarded by UC in partnership with OMNIA Partners to provide high-quality, cost-effective lab equipment maintenance and repair services to UC campuses and to public agencies nationwide.
UC will benefit from Flagship’s broad range of equipment-related services, simplified service-request and communication processes, streamlined maintenance workflows, and rapid response capabilities.
