Employee Appreciation Goes a Long Way!

Flagship truly believes that our employees are our most valuable asset. Showing employees that they’re appreciated goes a long way! We’ve got many ways of showing that appreciation – watch the many ways Flagship appreciates our employees!

The service awards is a program we started here at Flagship to recognize the time that the employees have had here they get prizes depending on their time of service. Their anniversaries are meaningful to us if they’ve been with us a year we celebrate that year. If they’ve been with us five years we celebrate those five years and on and on. We do employee appreciations, we do celebrations for birthdays.

For me I believe it’s important to recognize employees so that they know that we do recognize that without them we’re not able to accomplish what we need done every day.
