Flagship Facility Services is happy to announce that Tom Jordan, National Program Director, has earned his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification.

Tom’s background lies in facilities management, property management, commercial project management, cost management and construction safety and health. He has over 15 years of experience managing facilities and large capital projects for multi-location facilities across the US.

“Continuing to educate yourself is critical to being successful in your career,” stated Tom. “The IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) designations not only gives you a wealth of information and a great network, but beyond that, you feel a sense of accomplishment that speaks for itself.”

Tom’s experience in offering creative and innovative solutions, providing outstanding communication, leadership and direction helped him excel when he acquired his CFM designation.

“We want to recognize Tom on this great accomplishment. Many facility professionals have studied and worked for years in order to acquire their CFM certification,” said Mike Thompson, President, Integrated Facilities Maintenance. “This certification recognizes Tom’s breadth and depth of experience in the facilities industry and will make a positive difference for the clients we serve.”

The CFM is the pinnacle achievement in facility management certification and is widely regarded as the industry standard in facility management certification. It is the globally recognized credential to help you showcase the mastery of skills and knowledge across the entire facilities management body of knowledge.

“I really appreciate the network and relationships that you build within IFMA,” said Tom. “It has been extremely helpful to work with others in the facilities management field and brainstorm solutions, especially during the pandemic when there have been so many unique challenges.”
