Flagship Facility Services is excited to welcome Jacob Godard as Vice President of Legal. Jacob brings over two decades of experience in employment law, litigation, and regulatory matters, with a proven record of aligning legal strategy with organizational objectives. Most recently, he served as Senior General Attorney at BNSF Railway, where he oversaw litigation across multiple jurisdictions, advised executive leadership, and implemented strategies that achieved cost savings while safeguarding the company’s legal interests.
Earlier in his career, Jacob practiced at Greenberg Traurig and other leading firms, where he managed complex matters spanning labor, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
Recognized for his collaborative leadership style, Jacob will play a vital role in advancing Flagship’s legal strategy and supporting the company’s continued growth.
