Larry Massaro is an innovative senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. As VP of Operations, Larry oversees all aspects of service and operations for janitorial and aviation clients in the Central Region.

Larry brings a thoughtful approach to team development, client relations, and contract negotiations. He has a history of success leading domestic and international operations in the aviation industry, as well as managing multiple accounts, projects, and business development initiatives simultaneously.

Larry is based out of Flagship’s office in Southlake, Texas.
