Flexible Project Management Services

For Large Capital Projects

Flagship Project Managers will:

Qualify, evaluate, and recommend architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, FF&E installers, and movers.
Support design development by assessing proposed equipment, constructability, cost, and timing.
Oversee the A&E firm, general contractor and their subcontractors, landlord, permit expediters, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate project participants from concept through design, budgeting, scheduling, permitting and construction, FF&E installation, certificate of occupancy, move in, and project close out and turnover.

Small Projects

We develop the scope for smaller projects as well as evaluate and recommend contractors. Our facilities technicians perform elements of these projects such as:

Light construction – small office renovations, office furniture reconfiguration, painting, minor electrical and plumbing
Decommissioning – preparation of space for subleasing or turnover to the landlord, mothballing of key equipment when vacating space as part of a real estate portfolio re-balancing
Move-add-changes – full coordination of up to 50 occupant relocations at a time, furniture moves, IT and telecomm coordination, dock and elevator scheduling, moving company evaluation and selection
