Flagship Facility Services announced Thursday that Maria Madrigal has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer.
Maria has been an invaluable member of the Flagship team since joining as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in August 2021. Her dedication, vision, and transformative leadership have contributed enormously to the company’s success over the past three years.
During her tenure, Maria has led several strategic initiatives, including the establishment of Flagship’s Learning & Development and Shared Services teams. She has also modernized the company’s HR infrastructure by implementing advanced technologies and best practices.
Furthermore, Maria has been instrumental in integrating the three lab services companies recently acquired by Flagship, maintaining operational continuity and leveraging the strengths of each of the acquired entities.
“This promotion is a testament to Maria’s exceptional leadership, and I am confident she will thrive in her expanded role,” said Dave Pasek, Flagship Founder and CEO.
In her new role, Maria will oversee Flagship’s Payroll Department, with the goal of enhancing the employee experience and operational synergy.
