Eleven Flagship Airports Honored with Skytrax World Airport Awards

Flagship is thrilled to announce that 11 airports within its service network have been honored with Skytrax World Airport Awards 2024 in various categories. Flagship proudly serves five of the Top 10 Airports in North America, in addition to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, which received the award for Best Airport Staff in North America.

Award recipients are determined by Skytrax’s passenger surveys, which assess facilities, overall quality, and customer service at more than 500 global airports. Each award category represents a unique aspect of the airport experience, including efficiency, convenience, staff performance, and cleanliness. Awards data was collected between August 2023 and March 2024 from travelers worldwide, with more than 100 nationalities participating.
