Flagship Aviation Services, a leading provider of airport services, is excited to announce that we will be landing at Midland International Air & Space Port (MAF). Through a competitive process, Flagship was selected as the new janitorial contractor for MAF and will begin service on May 1, 2021.

MAF is located halfway between Midland and Odessa and ranked eighth in Texas for primary commercial service airports. MAF serves 43 counties in Western Texas and Eastern New Mexico and is the closest airport to Big Bend National Park.

Over the last eighteen months, airports and airlines have had many challenges because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Air travel dropped approximately 60% on average across the U.S. in 2020
  • Employees and travelers worried about their health and the increased exposure risk
  • Passenger traffic is much more erratic, with extreme ups and downs depending on the day

When first faced with the challenges of COVID-19, Flagship partnered with infectious disease experts and specialists, to create the PUREClean approach for airports.

PUREClean presents a four-pronged methodology that not only delivers rigorous disinfection to protect the health and safety of employees and passengers, but it can also adapt quickly to new challenges.

Flagship’s PUREClean method provides airport facilities with comprehensive services that builds trust with travelers from the moment they enter the airport. Employees feel safe and passengers feel assured when they see consistent disinfection delivered by experienced and helpful Flagship Airport Ambassadors.

Look for our germ-fighting superheroes at MAF as they combat dangerous airborne and surface bacteria and viruses, so that passengers and employees have a healthy place to rest and relax.
