Through the company’s FM Career Path Program, facilities management employees are empowered to expand their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and pursue long-term career opportunities within the organization.
Designed to support ongoing development, the self-paced program offers more than 200 virtual facilities management courses on a range of technical and operational topics. Training covers everything from blueprint reading to roof maintenance, helping employees build practical knowledge and prepare for more advanced roles with Flagship.

Employees can select courses that align with their individual career goals, whether they’re looking to build knowledge in a specific area, strengthen technical skills, or prepare for advancement. Managers may also recommend courses to support employee development, strengthen skill sets, and help high-potential team members prepare for continued growth.
Courses are developed through a partnership with TPC Training, while Flagship manages and supports the program internally. Employees can access study guides and complete courses virtually at their own pace, making it easy to continue learning while balancing day-to-day responsibilities.
In addition to supporting career progression, the FM Career Path Program helps employees adapt to new job sites and evolving facility needs by equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to succeed across a wide range of environments.
