Airports are growing, airlines are flying more often, and the travel industry is booming. Improving the passenger experience is the number one way aviation professionals can avoid disruption.

One of the keys to a pleasant passenger experience is to excel at the basics – providing a clean, comfortable environment with a responsive team that has a positive outlook.

That is where Flagship excels, and that is why we will be landing at two new airports in the next few weeks.

Flagship will be arriving at Harrisburg International Airport (HIA) in Middletown PA, and Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) in Greensboro, NC.

Look for our germ-fighting superheroes as they combat dangerous bacteria and viruses, so that passengers and employees have a healthy place to rest and relax. From floor to ceiling and wall to wall, these two airports will receive some of the best care to ensure a clean and calm passenger experience.

Determined to provide passengers comfort – Flagship will help establish comfortable temperatures, clean areas, good indoor air quality, and always be responsive to passenger requests.

Excellent passenger service is one of the greatest assets in today’s competitive environment. Understanding passengers’ behaviors, disposition, and preferences, allows better targeted performance improvement initiatives that facilitate positive passenger experiences and fine-tunes your services to boost passenger satisfaction. Our unique perspective can improve operations and process flow on the tarmac, in the planes, throughout the grounds, and in the terminal.

There are so many layers and players within the aviation platform, it helps having an innovative and passenger-service focused company like Flagship.

We go above and beyond what’s needed for passengers.
